A food example of day balanced:


Every morning the breakfast is very important, for starting the day well.

To dine

- complement protidic: meat or equivalent (25 with 30g)
- green vegetables (1 dish per day)
- soft white cheese or lacteous preparation
- fruit cooked or compote


Bread sweetens and fat content supplements the heating ration.

Authorized drinks:

- natural or mineral water nongas,
- cut water wine,
- fruit juice,
- infusions,
